We stand behind the quality of our content, and your satisfaction is our priority.
2. What’s Covered
This return policy applies to:
Digital products (e.g., video masterclasses, eBooks, training plans)
Online coaching packages (unless the service has already been fully delivered)
3. What’s Not Covered
We do not offer refunds or returns on:
Digital content that has been downloaded in full and used extensively (e.g., over 50% of a course watched or used)
Services that have already been rendered in full (e.g., completed one-on-one coaching sessions)
Products purchased more than 30 days ago
However, if the product is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply and we will provide a suitable remedy.
4. How to Request a Return

5. Processing Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
