You don’t need more tips. You need structure.

RTP stands for Return to Performance.A diagnostic-first approach to restore clarity, structure, and confidence in performance.

Takes ~2 minutes. January slots are limited.

This is for you if:

  • You know your game has more potential than it currently shows.

  • You feel your performance lacks structure, not effort.

  • You are seeking a clear diagnosis and a professional framework to rebuild your game.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You are looking for casual advice or generic online content.

  • You prefer motivation over analysis and structure.

  • You are not prepared to approach your development with intent and discipline.

What RTP Is

  • A library of drills or generic training plans.

  • A source of quick fixes or motivational content.

  • A replacement for disciplined, long-term development habits.

  • A structured, diagnostic-first performance framework.

  • A process designed to identify what’s actually holding your performance back.

  • A professional pathway built on clarity, analysis, and intentional development.

What happens after the diagnostic?

For some players, the diagnostic provides enough clarity to move forward independently.

Others choose to continue into a structured 4-week Build Phase, where timing, structure, and confidence are rebuilt step by step.

There is no obligation. The diagnostic always comes first.

What RTP is not:

About the Coach

I currently work as a performance-focused tennis coach in Australia, combining structured on-court coaching with physical preparation and analytical work.

Alongside my on-site coaching commitments, I created Return to Performance as a remote, diagnostic-first framework — designed to help players worldwide regain clarity, timing, and structure without relying on generic training plans.

RTP exists to deliver the same level of professional analysis and guidance, regardless of location, while maintaining a focused and intentional coaching process.

My on-site coaching work is intentionally limited, which is why RTP exists as a focused remote framework for a small number of players at a time.

Diagnosis before prescription.

January Intake — Limited Access

RTP Diagnostics are currently open for January intake only.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Once January capacity is filled, access will close without notice.

This process is intentionally limited to ensure proper review and individual attention.

Quality and clarity over volume.
